Job Role: .NET Production Support Location: New York City Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid | Initial 1-month remote work, later onsite/hybrid (2 days a week) fULLTIME Skill Cluster.NET-Core- MVC-Web API- Microservice Production Support Technical Skills to include ASP.NET, MVC, Dot net core, Azure, Web API, Entity Framework, Angular, Design Patterns, MS SQL. Ready to work from client location at New York Production Support for Third Party Applications and end user assistance. Regular Support Activities - Ticket monitoring, Application monitoring, Incident Resolution, Request handling, etc. Ready to work in shift timings Good experience with SQL & Rest API Coordinate with various Support teams and Stakeholders Maintain & update status tracker in SharePoint Collaborate with Service Desk on ongoing support Attend Client meetings, Status meetings, etc. Preparation of Status Reports Ready to work independently with Client
