Hiring for multiple roles with a well-established airline catering and aviation support company serving major airlines. These positions support flight operations, food coordination, and on-time aircraft departures at the airport.

All roles require professional, dependable candidates who can work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

OPEN POSITIONS

Dispatcher

$20/hour

Responsibilities:

Printing and preparation of boarding bills

Receiving meal orders and counts from customers

Recording meal orders into dispatch logs and databases

Coordinating with departments, customers, visitors, and employees

Requirements:

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Fluent in English

Ability to work various shifts, including overnight shifts

Flight Coordinator

$21.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure airline equipment and food are prepared and delivered correctly

Assist drivers to ensure on-time flight departures

Ensure accurate billing for airline catering

Comply with HACCP/GMP, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures

Communicate with flight crews and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Able to lift up to 20 lbs

Computer knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass Port Authority background check

Basic math skills

Driver

$26.75/hour

Responsibilities:

Follow all airport ramp safety and company operating procedures

Load and unload trucks and cater aircraft

Ensure flights are catered accurately and on time

Load and offload food, equipment, and garbage

Comply with HACCP/GMP sanitation and food handling standards

Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Class A or B CDL required

Must pass background check to obtain airport-issued badge

Strong safety awareness and reliability
