Delivery Drivers $255/day - CDL B preferred

Time: 3am-11am

Company seeks two experienced and responsible delivery drivers for a 26 ft reefer box truck.

Route runs 7 days per week. Looking to split the days 4 & 3 between two drivers.

License must be SQUEAKY clean - no accidents or violations in the last 4 yrs - and driver must have a medical card.

The deliveries are 14 drops in Westchester and Poughkeepsie area. Driver is home daily. Shift starts at 3am and ends around 11am.

Pay is $255per day.

Driver will need clean Motor Vehicle Record and updated medical card.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a box truck to transport goods to customers

- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries

- Load and unload cargo using lift gate/sometimes dock

- Verify the ACCURACY of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Experience driving commercial vehicles, such as vans or box trucks, preferred

- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations

- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo

- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
