Bronx Based Ambulette Company Dispatcher- Great Salary!

Seeking a Full time bilingual a Spanish/English Dispatcher with good communication skills, is organized, can work well with others for a busy Bronx based Ambulette Company. Job details include driver routing and dispatching, communication and data entry. To be successful the selected candidate must be able to multitask and constructively interact with the patients and providers and have a broad knowledge of the bronx and manhattan. Effective utilization of various programs and systems such as Route Genie - dispatch software, Excel, and other company systems. Preferred candidate will have some transportation experience. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant event. Must be able to manage processes efficiently and have good follow up skills, time management, a sense of urgency and able to apply a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated success in dispatching and customer service required. Scope of work is full time, Monday through Saturday.
