Construction Estimator/ Business Partner

We are an established NYC General Contractor specializing in both residential and commercial construction. We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Business Partner who can help grow our company by bringing in new jobs,preparing bids and managing projects. This role is commission - based with profit sharing, with the opportunity to grow into a long- term partnership for the right person. Responsibility: Find new residential and commercial projects. Prepare estimates,budgets,bid proposals. Build relationships with clients,architects,developers and property managers. Manage subcontractors and assist with project oversight. Requirements: 5+ years plus experience estimating residential and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of NYC construction codes. Ability to generate leads/bring in work.
