Plumbing Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager/direct of operations to run the construction side of the company. We specialize in commercial plumbing and fire sprinkler installations. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: scheduling, materials take off and purchasing, field coordination, spot check the men at the beginning and end of the day, write change orders, tracking tools and equipment, attend site meetings, meet with utilities etc.

Qualifications:

-5 to 10 years of relevant experience in NYC

-NYC Master plumber preferred but not required.

-Requires great organization and communications skills.

-Requires strong computer skills.

-Must be a "team" oriented individual able to handle multiple priorities and willing to assist the staff and follow through with the details of multiple projects.
