We are a 35 year old Manhattan- based high- end residential company seeking wood floor mechanics with extensive experience.

Requirements for Candidates:

-Highly proficient in use of all tools / machines and techniques.

-Must be extremely experienced.

-Team player who is reliable, punctual, clean and courteous.

-Tremendously thorough and detail oriented.

-Works with integrity and honesty.

-All working papers are absolutely required.

-Profit sharing and / or small high- end flooring sub- contracting companies who are licensed and insured will also be considered to join our group.
