Manhattan based Renovation Co. looking for an OWNER OPERATED licensed Plumber to work as a Subcontractor for ongoing kitchen and bath renovations, house, Coop and Condo remodels in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

As an all in one-design, products and remodeling service we provide homeowners an ultra convenient way to have renovations done

MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, ORGANIZED AND NEAT. We serve the mid to high end market.

REQUIREMENTS- Work done by owner and help or directly managed by owner. Fully licensed, workers comp, liability insurance, Experienced with permits. All tools.

NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Minimum of 8 years experience in Manhattan co-ops and condos.

Worked/work as subcontractor for GC's
