Maintenance/Construction Company is looking to hire an exterior home improvement mechanic.

Must know how to install:

Windows

Doors

Siding

Masonry

Must know basic home improvement

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE A LABORER

Must have a clean valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop (Staten Island NY 10309)

The position is on the books no exceptions
