This role supports our skilled auto body painters in preparing vehicles for paint jobs and ensuring high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: - Assist auto body painters with prepping vehicles for painting. - Sand, mask, and prime vehicles before paint application. - Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the painting workspace. - Mix paint and ensure proper color matching. - Move and position vehicles in the painting booth. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Perform basic post-paint finishing tasks (buffing, polishing). Requirements Need 5 years of experience. Basic understanding of automotive painting or willingness to learn. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. - Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. - Valid driver's license preferred.
