Job Title: Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY

We’re seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish & English) carpenter for residential and commercial projects in Brooklyn and Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills and experience in job site management, supervising workers, and coordinating projects to completion.

About Our Projects:

We specialize in high-end work, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, custom painting, and detailed carpentry projects. A few times a year, we also manage full home renovations that require a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. We’re looking for a candidate who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and understands the standard of work required for high-end renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform skilled carpentry work on-site

- Blueprint Reading

- Supervise and manage job sites, ensuring quality and safety standards

- Coordinate with team members and manage daily tasks to meet deadlines

- Utilize technology and tools to improve project efficiency

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience in painting, plumbing, or electrical work is a strong plus. While these skills aren’t required, they would add great value to our team.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Must have a Social Security Card

- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug and alcohol testing

- Able to start immediately and work full-time

- Comfortable with new technology and tools

- Located near Brooklyn, NY

- First 2 weeks are a paid trial period
