Responsibilities for handyman/maintenance technician:

Performing a variety of home maintenance duties with complete technical and mechanical skill, including carpentry, gutter cleaning, plumbing, light electrical, tiling, power washing, and painting.

Occasionally working as a team on renovation projects, and other times working on your own.

Following company instructions & protocols.

Proactive recognition of client maintenance issues and bringing them to supervisor's attention.

Clear communication with all team members and clients.

Qualifications for handyman/maintenance technician:

Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance or other related fields

Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ideal candidate has experience in tiling, hardwood flooring installation, roofing, and/or painting. Preference given to individuals with specialist experience in one or more areas.

You must have your own basic tools, and pass a background check.

Fluent English speaker.

Clean driving record and valid drivers license.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Knowledge of Fairfield County, Westchester County and local suppliers.
