We are looking for someone to join our Carpentry Team in the role of Masonry Mechanic. If you are interested in Masonry and maintenance repairs as we take care of our residents today and reshape communities to attract the resident of the future, then maybe you should join us.

What you will do:
Responsible for all stages of repair/rebuild of ceiling, wall and floors using proper tools and material including, plaster, tile, cement, marble, granite, etc.
Plaster/Tape ceiling and walls.
Apartment demo and restoration work, which will include cement, tile, sheetrock and light framing.
Exterior sidewalk repairs and patches.
Additional duties may be assigned by your Supervisor.
What you should have:
3-5+ years of trades or construction experience in similar work required.
Trade school graduation or equivalent education is a plus.
Some computer skills necessary to manage the work order system.
Able to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Weekends or overtime required on occasion.

Hourly Rate: $24.94
