Established 40 year old plumbing, heating, and sprinkler company looking to hire a skilled junior plumber/helper with a minimum of 3-5 years experience for immediate position. Majority of work is Commercial and High-End Residential located in Manhattan and Queens.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST BE RELIABLE, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEAN

- MINIMUM 3-5 years experience

- Must be familiar with:

cast iron sanitary and storm piping

gas pipe

sprinkler pipe

copper pipe

pex tubing

plumbing fixtures

appliances

rpz backflow devices, water meters

- Must be reliable, clean and professional

- MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVER'S LICENSE

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- boiler and hydronic heating experience a plus

- 10 hour OSHA SST card / 30 hour OSHA card

- G-60 torch use certificate of fitness (FDNY)

- F-60 Fire guard certificate of fitness (FDNY)

- Operator Qualified Gas Certification (CT86/87)
