Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We're looking for an energized Automotive Technician with knowledge of diagnostics, service, and repairs to join our HQ in Long Island City, NY! In this role, your job will be to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles that come into our repair facility. We are looking for a new team member who will work collaboratively and be able to problem-solve effectively with our different teams.

What you’ll do

- Diagnose, service, and repair all issues with vehicles in our Sally fleet efficiently and accurately

- Intake driver concerns and provide updates to the team in a timely manner

- Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a diverse environment

- Upskill the team by teaching new technicians and relay information in troubleshooting

What we look for

- 3+ years of automotive experience with hands-on service, diagnosing and repairs

- OEM and ASE certifications preferred

- Valid driver license clean of infractions

- Proficient with new Dealer Services

- Basic level of computer proficiency

- Familiar with Toyota, Ford and Kia

- Motivated, professional technicians
