Experienced HVAC Technician Needed - $45 - $65 an hr; full + part time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as strong white glove customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.

Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions.

Communicate with clients about issues and repairs.

Follow safety protocols and local HVAC codes.

Maintain accurate work records with our software.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience.

Must have experience with inverter-type systems, such as mini splits.

Proficient in English written and Verbal

Proficient with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

HVAC Certification preferred.

Working Conditions:

Work in residential and commercial environments.

Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area (Tri State area)

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly wage $45 - $65 range depending on experience.

9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday & 9am – 4pm Friday.
