Phone and In-person Technical Support for HVAC systems $38 per hour

We are seeking a person who is great on the phone and can assist people with problems with their air conditioning systems, as well as physically going to worksites and fixing issues when they can not be fixed over the phone. You must be very technical and able to learn about our systems quickly, diagnose problems over the phone, and walk people through step-by-step how to fix them. You must also have patience and enjoy speaking with people.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HVAC REPAIRS in mini-split systems and speak English Fluently.

The job is full-time job, it is NOT WORK FROM HOME. It is between 9:00 and 5:00 daily. The job will also require visiting job sites in the NYC/NJ area.
