We are currently hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is a punctual, reliable, team player with a good work ethic and who enjoys a rewarding and fast-paced work environment. We offer paid time off, medical benefits, 401k, paid training, etc.

Primary Responsibilities (include the following but are not limited to):

Secure DOB permits

Process insurances requests(COIs).

Review drawings and projects specs.

Create, send, track and review submittals.

Negotiate buyouts with vendors.

Track progress across multiple projects.

Create and send close out docs.

Work with estimators and project managers.

Respond to client requests.

Key requirements:

Experience with DOB NOW and DOB Inspection Ready.

Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or related field

Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Ability to effectively work with clients and City Officials

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)

Coordinate and track the progress of projects

Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, communicative, and writing skills, as well as the ability to solve problems. We're seeking someone with the desire and drive to become a long-term, indispensable member of our team.
