Construction Working Foreman

Developer of the historic house project in Crown Heights seeks a working foreman who is highly experienced with residential construction and Landmarks restoration. Job responsibility will include but not limited to:

Communication and scheduling of subcontractors, material take-offs and ordering, Quality control of all trades. Blueprint reading a must. Must have experience with underpinning, rough and finish carpentry work.
