Onsite Tech Support Specialist

This position requires onsite support. This is a fulltime salary position with Benefits. The job is located in the Freedom Tower

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who is reliable and responsible who can provide Onsite support to our users.

Provide daily desktop support for Ubuntu Linux workstations.

Provision and image systems using PXE boot and related deployment tools.

Configure and maintain network connections, including understanding and applying VLAN configurations.

Set up and move user workstations, including physical desk setup (monitors, peripherals, cabling, etc.).

Assist with general IT infrastructure tasks as assigned.

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Troubleshooting Google Meets conference equipment.
