Salon Assistant – Part Time

We’re seeking a motivated Salon Assistant to join our team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

This part-time position (2 days per week) is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy, creative salon environment and learn from experienced stylists.

Must have:

Current NY cosmetology license

Recent in-salon experience

Strong blowout and styling skills

Customer service experience

Passion for hair and beauty

Team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities include:

Assisting stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and salon maintenance

Providing exceptional customer service

Supporting the team in maintaining a welcoming, organized environment

Helping with inventory management and daily operations

Answering phones and managing client relations

Performing receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and client check-in
