We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.

- Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and dermabrasion as required.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.

- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experiences and drive retail sales.

- Ensure all tools and workstations are clean, sanitized, and organized according to health and safety standards.

- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

- Valid cosmetology license is required.

- Experience in hair extensions is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

- Knowledge of retail math is a plus for managing product sales.

- Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience.

- Previous experience in a salon environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

- A passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends is essential.
