Inside Sales Representative

Weldon Tire is looking for talented and self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in placing customer orders to meet sales objectives. This is an entry-level sales position; additional sales opportunities exist based on performance. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour; 40 hours weekly guaranteed

Pay commensurate with experience, additional consideration for bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency

Responsibilities

Answer phones in a busy inbound call center

Understand customer needs and place orders

Use of online ordering tools

NO COLD CALLS; ALL CALLS ARE INITIATED BY EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Paid training provided; trained on tires, sales tools and phone system

Interested candidates must meet the following position requirements:

Stable, verifiable work history

Professional phone etiquette

Able to represent Weldon Tire in a positive way throughout the sales cycle
