Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities

The Outside Salesperson position essential duties and responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining sales to existing and new customers.

Building relationships with property managers/ purchasers and setting up appointments to visit them in their offices.

Building friendly rapports with superintendents and visiting them at their buildings to supply all of their building needs.

Responding to phone calls and emails.

Noting all activity in our CRM software.

Working well with our whole team in all departments.

Qualifications:

Friendly, Enthusiastic & Self-Motivated

Clear English speaking; Spanish speaking a plus

Basic computer skills

Must have valid driver’s license and mode of transportation

Must be legal to work in the U.S.

Experience in Sales

Available Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM. Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM
