Seeking NYS Security Guards for a June 2024

Position: NYS Licensed Security Guard

Location: Flushing Meadows Park Area, Queens, NY

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 an Hour varies upon experience

Responsibilities:

- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or illegal activity

- Control access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the event premises

- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed

- Report any security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities to the supervisor

- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the security team positively

Requirements:

- Valid NYS Security Guard License

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Prior security experience preferred

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
