The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional service to residents and their guest.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of individuals.

Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

Respond promptly to emergencies or alarm signals.

Enforce property regulations and guidelines.

Requirements: Experience working in a residential Condo or Coop building a plus.
