They need this individual to be coming in with at least 3-5 years experience of working in a prior Application Security role where they were hands on not only with identifying vulnerabilities and bugs in the code but also is hands on with the development teams to fix these findings. They are also open to someone in development that has been working on security and wants to get deeper into the Cyber side of things.
