Inventory/ecommerce assistant at Pro Audio, DJ & Lighting Store in NY

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and print product labels, organize SKUs, and ensure accurate stock levels

- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners for smooth logistics and fulfillment

- Assist with daily operations on e-commerce platforms

- Analyze sales, inventory, and logistics data to support planning and decision-making

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in inventory management, e-commerce, or logistics

- Strong knowledge of tools like Excel/Google Sheets, ShipStation, or inventory systems

- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Bigcommerce, eBay etc.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Bonus: Experience with labeling software or shipping tools (e.g., BarTender, EasyShip)
