Real Estate Investor looking for full time assistant / in-house rental agent,

Knowledge of real estate preferred.

Responsibilities:

-Sourcing deals for acquisitions

-Lead Generating

-Getting apartments ready for showing

-Showing Apartments

-Running errands

-Dealing with tenants

-Lead generation through

phone calls

-Sourcing prospective

clients

-Warm calling clients

-Documenting all sourcing and communications

-Able to talk on phone with ease and confidence

-Prospecting

-Relocating tenants

-Renting apartments

-posting apartments on social media /multiple websites
