Building Superintendent

Full time building superintendent to handle a very clean 40 unit elevator building located on East 23 st in Brooklyn

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with tenants and vendors and have related experiences in

janitorial duties , plumbing , electric ,plastering , painting ,tiling etc .

Salary range from $17 to $18 per hour plus a free one bedroom apartment including utilities .
