Dispatcher / Office Support

A truck towing company in Manhattan, New York is seeking a flexible, honest, and dependable individual to become a member of our team! We are currently hiring for two distinct shifts:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview:

We require an individual with excellent customer service abilities who can effectively dispatch drivers and manage office responsibilities with professionalism. Punctuality is essential, and the ideal candidate will be reliable and composed under pressure.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Open availability during the training phase

Dependable, trustworthy, and quick to adapt

Must demonstrate consistency and punctuality
