Insurance Customer Service Rep

Utilize sales administration skills to process insurance applications and handle policy renewals.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure the best insurance coverage.

Assist in benefits administration by explaining policy details and coverage benefits.

Experience

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain complex insurance concepts.

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients.

Background in retail sales or customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs and preferences.
