Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and efficient Office Assistant on a contract basis to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role involves assisting with daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations and supporting our team in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office operations, managing correspondence, and receiving.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain and organize office supplies and products, and give management reorder items to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records and databases.

Prepare and distribute communications and various documents.

Assist team with preparing for events and packing for deliveries.

Assist with project coordination and administrative support tasks.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Perform other clerical duties as required to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary or Office Manager

Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps ( Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Professional and courteous demeanor.

Potential for contract extension based on performance.
