Our client, a U.S. based private equity firm is seeking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for organization and supporting the daily activities of the Chief Investment Officer while assisting in administrative functions for the firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and enthusiastic about managing daily functions and ensuring smooth operations. This position is fully remote but requires someone to work 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Time.Responsibilities: Maintain the CIO and COO calendar: supporting daily task and outreach prioritization.Support and maintain consistent and professional communication.Schedule meetings, set agendas, take notes, and support follow up.Supporting drafting and follow-up of executive correspondence.Maintain the CIOs address book and upload new contacts regularly.Support file organization and upkeep.Coordinate travel arrangements and trip organization for ETC executive team.Manage expense reporting for ETC executive team.Support HR functions.Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical problems efficiently.Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Coordinate mail for virtual inboxes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.3+ years of Executive Assistant experience out of financial services.Passion for environmental sustainability.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.Positive attitude with a growth mindset.A history of success in cultivating strong internal and external relationships and collboarting cross-functionally.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remin calm under pressure.Strong technical capacity and experience working with Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience and/or willingness to learn Photoshop and Adobe Indesign.Discretion and condidentiality in handling sensitive information.Compensation/Benefits: 85K - 100KBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
