1) Answer phone calls & transfer.

2) Follow up with vendors & complete work orders.

3) Coordinate with Supers, Contractors & Property managers to provide suitable appointments.

4) Excellent verbal & written communication.

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH.
