Our client is a private equity firm looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Investment Team in their NYC Office. Candidates applying should have experience working in fast-paced environments within the financial services industry. This role will be supporting multiple executives and partners and requires prior team support experience.

​​​​​​​This position is hybrid, 4 days on-site and 1 remote, and must be flexible to work outside of working hours.

Responsibilities:

· Provide a 4–6-person team made up of executives and partners in their daily operations

· Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and scheduling

· Coordinate and oversee international and domestic travel arrangements

· Laise with high profile investors

· T&E reports

· Work cross functionally with other departments

· Provide back up support where and when needed

Qualifications (degree, skills/attributes needed, years of required experience, etc):

· Bachelor’s Degree

· At least 5 years of experience in financial services or comparable industry

· Highly detail oriented

· Success working in fast-paced environments

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills

· A no task too big or small attitude

· Able to anticipate needs

· Works with proactive approach

· Flexibility to be on-site as needed and to be reachable when working remotely

· Technological savviness is a bonus

Salary/comp info, including any bonus or benefits

Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $110k - $125k plus Bonus (exempt) with 100% paid benefits. Additional perks.
