Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses Social Media and Administrative/ Bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.

-Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and emails.

-Handle bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reports.

-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

-Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

-Experience with bookkeeping practices.

-Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
