We are looking for a proactive freelancer who can use their own Facebook account to post ads and generate a steady flow of qualified leads for our co-living company. Our internal sales team will handle all closing your job is simply to bring in leads.

Responsibilities:

Post ads and promotions using your own Facebook account

Generate leads through Facebook groups, Marketplace, and community pages

Respond promptly to messages and inquiries

Pre-screen basic details (move-in date, budget, etc.) and forward leads to our sales team

Track daily activity and lead volume

Experiment with different posting strategies to increase lead flow

Requirements:

Must have an active personal Facebook account

Experience generating leads through Facebook groups or Marketplace

Strong written communication and fast response time

Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results

Familiarity with real estate, rentals, or co-living (a plus but not required)

Compensation:

Hourly pay

Commission bonus for each deal our sales team closes from your leads
