Salary: $60,000–$75,000 base + performance bonuses
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing events, marketing, and production company serving clients across hospitality, corporate events, conferences, and services. We blend traditional marketing, content systems, live events, and AI-powered solutions to drive real results.
We are expanding and looking for a smart, high-energy, highly organized Manager to work directly with ownership across multiple divisions.
Must be extremely Organized and be able to work on multiple projcts and execute at a high level.

We are seeking a Marketing, Operations & Client Success Manager who can hit the ground running and help lead day-to-day execution across:

Our AI Client Division
This role blends marketing execution, operational leadership, and client success oversight.
You will manage internal staff, coordinate deliverables, communicate with clients, and ensure projects move fast and smoothly.
This is a hands-on role, you will do tasks, write content, coordinate teams, and keep everything moving.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Marketing Execution (Primary)
Write, edit, and publish content: emails, social media posts, blogs, campaign copy.
Assist with content calendars, scheduling, and daily marketing duties.
Create simple graphics (Canva-level) and collaborate with design teams.
Support marketing campaigns for EMRG, Expo, and AI clients.
2. Operations & Internal Management
Manage and communicate with internal staff (writers, designers, tech teams, assistants).
Track deliverables across multiple departments.
Keep leadership updated with status summaries and KPIs.
Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and workflows.
Improve internal systems and processes for speed and efficiency.
Jump in to complete tasks when deadlines require it, hands-on problem solving.
3. Client Success & Onboarding
Lead client onboarding for AI clients, SEO clients, and events clients.
Serve as a point of contact to gather assets, information, and materials.
Ensure every client receives their deliverables on time.
Coordinate internally to make sure Google Review Tools, maps, blogs, chatbots, and other assets get completed correctly.
Maintain strong professional communication with clients: updates, follow-ups, next steps.
Proactively identify client needs and ensure satisfaction.
4. Event & Project Support
Assist with logistics, communication, and planning for events.
Coordinate vendor, client, and staff communication.
Support the Expo, bar/bat mitzvah programs, hospitality activations, and corporate events as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
3–6 years of experience in marketing, operations, or client success roles.
Strong written and verbal communication, must be able to write and edit confidently.
Experience coordinating with staff and managing deliverables.
Strong organizational skills with spreadsheets, dashboards, and project tools.
Hands-on execution mindset not just delegating.
Calm under pressure, fast worker, highly dependable.
Comfortable on client calls and professional communication.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Bonus (But Very Valuable)
Canva or Adobe experience (light design).
Experience with events (hospitality, mitzvahs, conferences).
Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or marketing automation platforms (training provided).
COMPENSATION
$55,000–$70,000 base salary
Performance bonuses
