Wellness Brand: Digital Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Pay: $20-28/hour DOE

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who is eager to dive into the world of wellness and digital marketing. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a team that values creativity, authenticity, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content, including graphic design, photography, filming, editing, etc.

Help with the development and distribution of email newsletters.

Support website updates and content management.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.

Build and engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.

Attend weekly in-person meetings to discuss progress and plan upcoming tasks.

Requirements:

Must live in New York City.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing platforms.

Interest in wellness, spirituality, and personal growth.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Willing to work 10-20 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 hours in person.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is either experienced in digital marketing or confident in their ability to learn new skills quickly. They have a genuine interest in wellness and are familiar with applications like Canva, Chat GBT, Squarespace, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Creativity is a must, as they will be responsible for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience. They should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and visually appealing. Additionally, the candidate should be enthusiastic about growing our online community and contributing to our mission of promoting wellness and personal growth.
