Legal Representative for Debt Recovery

SMG Equity Ltd, a registered real estate investment company based in the UK, is seeking a skilled and experienced legal representative in the United States to assist with debt recovery.

We have over 10 U.S.-based clients who owe our company outstanding debts. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, these clients have failed to respond or settle their obligations. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us recover these funds.

Responsibilities:

- Represent SMG Equity Ltd in debt recovery efforts within the U.S.

- Initiate legal action or alternative resolution methods to recover debts from our U.S.-based clients.

- Provide regular updates on case progress and recovery outcomes.

- Collaborate with our UK team to ensure all legal actions align with our company policies.

Compensation:

We offer commission-based remuneration for successfully recovered debts. Details of the commission structure will be discussed upon engagement.

Requirements:

- Licensed attorney or legal professional with expertise in debt recovery or related legal practices in the U.S.

- Strong negotiation and litigation skills.

- Experience in handling international client matters is a plus.
