NY Bankruptcy Paralegal for NJ Law Firm

Boutique NJ firm seeks a NY Bankruptcy paralegal for immediate hire to work on Best Case for Chapters 7 & 13. Please send a resume only (No Cover Letters) and/or call 201-625-2234. Must be experienced with Best Case and have at least 10 years of experience. You must be sharp and very detail-oriented. This is a growing boutique law firm. You must be a self-starter and a dedicated worker. This position will be in office only for the present time. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required or in English and Arabic language. Business casual attire and client focused are important. You will be working on Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 petitions. You will report directly to me, Leonard R. Boyer, Esq. (Senior Partner). You will NEVER provide legal advice to a client or quote any kind of pricing. When you are at work, you are expected to be working on cases, not your personal stuff. I am modern and progressive and I take care of my employees, but you must be loyal to me and the clients. Only if you have Best Case Experience should you apply. No other software is acceptable. You must also know how to prepare a Chapter 13 Plan and it is an added plus if you can handle NY Bankruptcy motions.
