We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to help maintain two commercial buildings. This position offers flexible hours with the potential to grow from part-time into a full-time role.

Primary Responsibilities:

General cleaning, including bathrooms, loading docks, and common hallways

Painting and touch-up work

Minor repairs and basic maintenance

Additional Skills (Preferred, with Opportunities for Advancement):

Furniture repair

Packing and crating

Broader handyman or maintenance skills

This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate, with increasing responsibilities over time.

Requirements:

Spanish-speaking preferred

Must be local to Yonkers, NY
