Handyman / property maintenance

Seeking a skilled and semi skilled individual to support of clients.

Primary functions include reviewing tasks and complaints, determining the appropriate solution, getting materials at the store, executing repairs. Communicating with clients / tenants to collect details about issues, creating or updating tasks in our online website when jobs are completed.

Some skills in repairs preferrable (patching, woodwork, light plumbing preferable)

Good communication skills

Capable of learning new skills

Self starter with an analytical solution oriented action forward mindset.

Must have drivers license.

Properties primarily located in the Bronx, and Westchester. Having a car is ideal. Being able to driver the company van to job locations when necessary is a must.
