Building Cleaner / Limpiadora para Edificios Apartamentos

We are a small neighborhood based property management company currently looking to grow our cleaning team.

This position will be responsible for routine cleaning tasks, primarily in the common areas of our buildings such as:

-Mopping lobby floors

-Vacuuming hallway carpet

-Sweeping stairways

-Washing windows

-Polishing surfaces

-Emptying trash

English proficiency is not required.

Must have US work authorization and be able to receive a W2.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to use smart phone applications.

Must have ability to easily navigate the Bed-Stuy/Bushwick/Williamsburg area.

We offer paid sick days and ability to earn PTO.

30-40 hours per week. Shift start / finish times can be adjusted according to your needs.
