Mantainance worker

Kleanix Facility Service is a commercial facility service company. KFS is looking for a full-time maintenance worker. That person must be familiar with the upkeep of Charter school and buildings. Looking for technician for day and night shift.

Requirements: -

Osha certificate

5 years' experience

Stripping & Waxing

Responsibility:

Mop and sweeping common areas

Cleaning, mopping and sweeping classrooms/Offices/Units

Sanitizing washroom thoroughly

Removal of garbage

Cleaning perimeter of the building

Stripping and waxing

Painting, repairs
