Cleaning, janitorial tasks weekly

Hello !

We are looking for a superintendent who will be going three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday or Friday) to our building located on Halsey street, a two minutes walk from the Nostrand train station on the A and C line.

He/She will have to:

1. Vacuuming once a week the commons.

2. Clean the windows of the two entrance doors.

3. Dust the wooden panels.

4. Sweep outside.

5, Sort out the garbage (recycling).

6. Plow snow or salt

There are only 6 units with one tenant in each one.

Any extra work will be compensated.

It may be a three/four days weekly. The entire job should not take more than 3 hours per week.
