Handyman & Landscaper

We are looking for a handyman/landscaper who is also familiar with car service and repair. There is a Manhattan brownstone and two houses in Nyack NY, so you need to have your own vehicle. In Nyack there is a studio apartment if needed.

Candidates needs to have general knowledge of all aspects inside and outside of a home and brownstone, and be able to direct vendors in those areas including (but not limited to): electric, plumbing, HVAC, painting, plastering, lawn care, pool care, sprinkler systems, and be able to maintenance lawnmowers and leaf blower.

Citizenship and a clean driving record is required. English is required, Spanish speaking preferred. A resume with contact information is required- no resume, no response.
