Professional Cleaners

Hi, i am looking for two people to clean an office once weekly, preferably on sundays. it Should take around 4 hours to clean. the tasks would include cleaning the restrooms, each restroom has only 2 toilets and a couple of mirrors to wipe down, there are about 15 cubicles, wiping down glass, taking out the trash and changing the can liners, sweeping and mopping and some dusting.

the address is on Cargo plaza rd in queens near jfk airport. i would prefer you to have a car and live very nearby in proximity to the address because i can only afford to pay $20 an hour for 4 hours per person.

please be authorized to work in the US and have bank account so i can direct deposit.

Please dont respond if you live out of borough and dont have a car as this this location is very difficult to get to, especially on the weekends.
