Janitor. Part Time Tuesday and Friday Afternoons

A sign company in Brooklyn, New York is looking for a Janitor to add to the team. This job completes many of the vital functions that keeps the building clean.

This is a Part-time position. Normal hours will be Tuesday and Friday, 2 PM - 5 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

-Doing basic, “daily” housekeeping such as sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming etc

-Throwing out garbage on a daily basis

-Maintaining the exterior of building to present a professional appearance. This includes the front, side, and yard.

Required Experience:

-Experience performing routine maintenance/janitorial duties

-Ability to maintain focus while working individually

-Professional presentation and attitude
